This Initial Consultation Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of the initial consultation meeting between ED Rumbo Canada Immigration & Consulting Corp. and particularly Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) Emely Duverge (the “RCIC”), and the undersigned prospective Client(s) (the “Client”):
1.Purpose: The purpose of the initial consultation is for the RCIC (a) to learn about you and your immigration needs based on the information you provide; (b) to answer your questions to the best of our ability; (c) to identify your options and to the extent possible, analyse the costs and benefits of those alternatives; (d) to help you determine your course of action, if any; (e) to discuss our fees and terms of representation if a consultant-client relationship is to be established after the meeting; and (f) to determine the next steps in the process, as appropriate.
2.Confidentiality: All information and documents that you provide to us at the initial consultation shall remain strictly confidential, except as authorized by you or otherwise provided under the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council Code of Professional Ethics.
3.Retainer Agreement Required: Following the initial consultation, if you agree to retain us, and if we agree to provide services to you, then we will prepare a separate, more detailed Retainer Agreement to be executed by both parties. The new Retainer Agreement will supersede this Initial Consultation Agreement and will set forth the terms and conditions of our representation of you, including our fees and the specific services to be performed by us.
4.Cost of Initial Consultation: The client is obliged to pay the total amount of the consultation that has been selected, that will represent professional fees in relation to the matters mentioned in Paragraph 1 above and will be paid upon signing of this Initial Consultation Agreement and prior to commencing the consultation.

Este Acuerdo de Consulta Inicial establece los términos y condiciones de la reunión de consulta inicial entre ED Rumbo Canada Immigration & Consulting Corp. y en particular la Consultora de Inmigración Canadiense Regulada (RCIC) Emely Duverge (la “RCIC”), y los posibles Clientes abajo firmantes. 1. Propósito: El propósito de la consulta inicial es que el RCIC (a) conozca usted y sus necesidades de inmigración con base en la información que usted proporciona; (b) responder a sus preguntas lo mejor que podamos; (c) identificar sus opciones y, en la medida de lo posible, analizar los costos y beneficios de esas alternativas; (d) para ayudarle a determinar su curso de acción, si corresponde; (e) discutir nuestros honorarios y términos de representación si se va a establecer una relación consultor-cliente después de la reunión; y (f) determinar los próximos pasos del proceso, según corresponda.
2.Confidencialidad: Toda la información y los documentos que nos proporcione en la consulta inicial permanecerán estrictamente confidenciales, excepto que usted lo autorice o que se proporcione de otro modo en virtud del Código de Ética Profesional del Consejo Regulador de Immigration Consultants of Canada.
3.
